The FAST Instructor Team - Bristol and Weston Super Mare

 Our FAST team consists of Paul and Fiona. They run Level 1 courses and Children's FAST (Child Assertiveness Training Series) courses. Both are accredited to the International FAST Association with Enhanced Police Checks.

Paul and Fiona host local courses, because of the intensive nature of FAST training additional Bulletmen will often be present and introduced on the day.

Having attended a FAST seminar as a student I was totally unprepared for the  impact the course would have on me. It was so empowering.

I walked into the room 5 foot 7 and walked out 20 foot tall. I knew then that the FAST stuff was too good to keep to myself and  decided to become a coach.

I firmly believe it is something everyone should experience irrespective of age or gender.

I am a Professional Instructor and FAST Bulletman.. I was completely blown away by FAST training and am really keen to expose as many people to FAST DEFENCE as possible.

 I hold 3 Black Belts, 4 Instructor certifications and have worked within Forensic and Psychiatric environments dealing with extreme levels of violence and aggression.

I firmly believe this is some of the best training I have ever seen.
